Turn-around Time
All of our products are made to order, therefore please allow up to 10 working days for production to be completed (this does not include shipping times). We will endeavour to make and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however during busy periods this is not always possible. If you require an item quickly, please contact us before placing the order and we will try our best to accommodate.
Delivery timings
We currently only ship within the UK, including Northern Island and the British Isles.
UK: 2-3 working days*. Orders are dispatched 2-3 times a week, on a 1st Class service with Royal Mail. If you require speedy delivery for a certain date, email us and we will try to help.
*This is dependant on Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels taking longer than usual to be delivered.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived
UK: 10 working days. We can see whether delivery has been attempted or not.
If you have placed an order and your parcel has not been delivered, please send us an email at hello@penandpearlgifts.co.uk as we can contact royal mail on your behalf to try and obtain more information.
Delivery costs
UK: All products are sent with Royal Mail on a 1st Class service. Delivery costs range from £2.95 - £4.50 depending on what is being ordered. Please add the items to your basket to view the exact delivery cost. Orders of £40 and over are eligible for free UK delivery.
Wrong/an incomplete delivery address
In the event of this you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully the item will be returned to us, and then we will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.
